Over the last couple of months, I have realized a few things about creating the ideal life. In fact, my vision has become so strong that I want to share with you the process to make your ideal life happen. The steps below are all the ways I have been able to live a life as a bodybuilder, yoga teacher, educator, health coach, writer, model, and mentor.
1. If you really want something you have to be willing to endure sacrifice. If you’re not willing to let something go to gain what you want then you never really wanted IT in the first place.
2. You must be consistent and patient. These come hand-in-hand. You can’t expect instant reward or overnight success. Those ten, twenty, sixty minutes of work a day you put toward a goal add up over time. You have to TRUST the process and TRUST YOURSELF, and NEVER GIVE UP!
3. You have to work hard, be open to receiving help, and gravitate toward like minded people. You cannot do everything alone. Find allies. Build a team. Generally, more minds are better than one.
4. Believe in yourself. You are capable of anything. You just have to believe it and act on it.
